Succession-Based

What is the Succession-Based Model?

Succession-Based acceleration lets you use everything Zo has—workspaces, events, mentorship, and the global community—with zero upfront fees, zero equity. You pay only when you raise funds (4.2% of the capital raised) and your access is time-bound: each approval lasts for three months. To continue, you simply reapply and get vouched in again.

How It Works

  1. Get Vouched/Approved:

    • 5 founder vouches or Zo team approval unlocks a 3-month active period.

  2. Build and Use All Perks:

    • 24/7 workspace, all amenities, events, mentorship, community—just like the equity model.

  3. Quarterly Vibecheck (Reapplication):

    • At the end of each 3-month period, you must reapply (and be revouched) to stay active.

    • Stay in? Full access rolls forward another 3 months.

    • No hard feelings if you step out; rejoin any time by reapplying.

  4. Success Fee:

    • If you raise funds during your active period, pay Zo a 4.2% success fee on the capital raised.
