8:00 AM – Kitchen + Expense Ops

  • Check Fudr dashboard

    • Extract past 24hr report for P&L update

  • Collect purchase requirements

    • Kitchen + housekeeping inventory

  • Complete purchases

  • Update expenses into P&L Sheet

9:30 AM – Property Audit

  • Audit all common areas and work desks

    • Use GG/NGMI framework

    • Go through the inventory check list and check if all item are in their designated places and working properly

    • Add all inefficiencies in live audit

10:15 AM – Post-Audit Actions

  • Assign corrective tasks to HK team

  • Log vendor-reliant issues to Slack (#live-audit)

    • Get 3 quotes

    • Upon approval, confirm vendor + timeline

10:30 AM – Admin & Arrivals

  • Login to Eezee

  • Review guest arrivals

11:00 AM – Check-Outs & Property Maintenance

  • Ensure all check-outs are completed by 11:00 AM

  • Collect keycards/access if not already submitted

  • Confirm rooms are vacant and ready for cleaning

  • Update Ezee with check-out status

  • 📸 Share room condition photos in ops whatsapp group after guest leaves

  • Coordinate with vendors

    • Use Vendor Database – BLRxZo

  • Cross-check maintenance log

  • Resolve all pending tasks

4:20 PM – House Chai Party (non-event day)

  • Host chai for all in-house guests

  • Foster bonding & soft engagement

5:30 PM – End-of-Day Wrap

  • Final check-in to eezee

  • Update Slack with:

    • Guest requests

    • Discrepancies

    • Vibe media

  • Update:

    • P&L + expense reports

    • Purchase orders for next day (kitchen + HK)

6:00 PM – Morning Huddle Prep

Create template:

  • Total guests

  • Check-ins / check-outs

  • Special requests

  • Ongoing maintenance

  • Event plan (timings, food, setup)

  • Post on Slack
