Community-Led Events
What Are Community-Led Events?
Events powered by Zo Founder Members and Founder Frens, run for the community, by the community. No brands, no outside sponsors—just Zo people building rituals, sharing ideas, and shaping culture together.
How to Host a Community Event at BLRxZo
1. Proposal Form — Always Required Every event (no matter the size) starts with the Zo Community Event Proposal Form. No form, no slot. This keeps the house calendar clear and vibes aligned.
2. Eligibility
Only open to Zo Founder Members and approved Founder Frens.
Outside guests may attend, but only if invited/curated by the host.
3. Space Allocation
Up to 2–3 hours of venue access per event.
Space is first-come, first-served; no double bookings. If there’s already an event, you’ll need to pick another slot.
4. Facilities & Equipment
Only the venue space is guaranteed.
Want speakers, projector, extra seating? You must request in your proposal form and get pre-approval from Zo team. No last-minute asks.
5. Monetization Clause
If you’re charging tickets, have paid activities, or bring in any sponsorship, 21% of total revenue goes to the Zo treasury. The rest is yours.
All money must flow through official Zo or Luma channels—no side cash, no random UPI.
6. Branding & Promotion
All promotional content must:
Tag respective Zo handles on Instagram & X (Twitter).
Add products@zo.xyz as a co-host if using Luma.
Zo ops team will add your event to the official calendar.
Share your Luma and social links for reposting on Zo’s channels.
7. Design & Creatives
All event visuals (Luma covers, Insta/X posts, flyers) must include the Zo logo.
Not a designer? Request the Zo brand kit and template folder—we’ll hook you up with old creatives, logos, and house brand guidelines so you stay on vibe.
General Rules
Leave No Trace: Space must be left clean and reset after the event.
Curate for Vibe: Founder hosts are responsible for the energy, crowd, and experience.
No outside brands or promo unless pre-approved.
No facility/equipment use without prior approval.
