How to Host a Ticketed Event

  1. Start with the Zo Event Proposal Form Every great Zo party begins with intention. Drop your idea, fill the quick form, and pitch your vision.

  2. Get the Green Light Our HQ and ground team will review, cheer you on, and help fine-tune the flow. Only approved events go live.

  3. Launch on Luma

    • Set your guest limit and ticket price

    • Add products@zo.xyz as a co-host (this keeps things official)

  4. Spread the Word Blast your Luma link in city chats, Telegram, and socials. Get the right crowd on board.

  5. Door is Luma check in only No QR, no entry. Our ops team scans at the gate. Smooth, secure, and always on brand.

  • 21% of ticket sales power the House Treasury This fuels future upgrades, wild food, better sound, and epic community nights.

  • 79% is yours as the event host For your hustle, curation, and energy. Paid post-event by Zo ops.

Quick Rules

  • Founder Members: Always free or first in line for guest list spots.

  • No side deals: Only what’s listed on Luma is real. No cash, no paper, no chaos.

  • Keep the loop alive: After your event, use Luma to send recaps, photos, or next-event teasers.
