MONTH 1 — IGNITION: Spark the Vibe
Theme: Community Onboarding & First Rituals Objective: Build core crew, set the city’s tone, plant cultural roots.
Core Programming (First Month)
Office Hours: 1 per week (4 total) Open mentoring, pitch practice, onboarding.
Mentor Sessions: 1 per week (4 total) Rotate focus: Product, Growth, Fundraising, Design.
Founders Connect: 1 event Curated mixer for top builders/VCs.
Cultural Events: 2 events One big, one small (art jam, gaming night, music, or food).
Demo Day: 1 event Showcase anything built, open feedback.
Kickoff Ceremony: 1 event Ritual: Zohmmm, code drop, collective mission-setting.
Onboarding Rituals:
Telegram/Discord city chat booted
All event RSVPs via Luma/Typeform/Zo App

MONTH 2 — VELOCITY: Expand the Loop
Theme: Growth & Intercity Collab Objective: Widen the net, ramp up frequency, start serious cross-pollination.
Core Programming (Second Month)
Office Hours: 1 per week (4 total) Include guest mentors from other Zo nodes.
Mentor Sessions: 1 per week (4 total) Bring in at least 2 external/cross-node mentors.
Founders Connect: 1 event Expand invites to “next tier” builders, introduce a “hot seat” pitching format.
Cultural Events: 2 events At least one event should partner with a local DAO, artist crew, or protocol.
Mini Hackathon/Quest: 1 event 24hr build quest, team challenge, or themed jam.
Demo Day: 1 event Invite VCs, local angels, protocol partners.
DAO Governance Ritual: Pilot governance or voting on “City Decision” (e.g., next event or city mascot).
City Vibe Sync: Run a virtual “cross-city” event with another Zo House (e.g., SFOxZo ↔️ BLRxZo).
Content Drop: Each event gets a highlights reel or photo story, shared across Zo channels.
MONTH 3 — LOCK-IN: Institutionalize the Chaos
Theme: Deepening Culture & IRL Proof Objective: Solidify rituals, create “pull” for founders/artists to move to/through your city.
Core Programming (Third Month)
Office Hours: 1 per week (4 total) Alumni or previous mentors run sessions.
Mentor Sessions: 1 per week (4 total) “Builders turned mentors” from local success stories.
Founders Connect: 1 event Experiment with new formats: Founder Dinners, “Ask Me Anything,” Demo + Dinner.
Cultural Events: 2 events Collaborate with new cultural tribes, cross-pollinate communities.
Demo Day: 1 event Highest-signal: press, partners, local government/education.
IRL Proof-of-Culture Hack:
Launch a city-wide scavenger hunt, NFT badge quest, or open studio night.
City Retro:
Community feedback & city governance voting on “What worked? What’s next?”
Publish a public Notion/Medium/Blog “Zo City 90-Day Report.”
Recurring Rituals (All Months)
Weekly: Office Hours, Mentor Sessions
Monthly: Founders Connect, Demo Day, 2 Cultural Events
Continuous: Onboarding, photo proof, feedback loops, city ops chat

Token Gated RSVP or entry for at least 1 event per month
