Office Hours

1. Start Here: Get Approval

  • In your submission, include:

    • Date & time of the Office Hours session

    • Name and role of the expert/host (e.g., founder, VC, PM, developer)

    • Focus topics (e.g., fundraising, marketing, smart contracts, legal)

    • Special setup requests (private space, projector, recording)

    • Expected number of participants (group or 1-on-1 format)

  • Wait for confirmation from Zo HQ and local Zo House team

2. Set Up Registrations

Attendees:

  • Create an event on Luma

  • Include:

    • Brief intro to the expert(s)

    • Topics they can advise on

    • Time format (open walk-ins or pre-scheduled slots)

  • Add products@zo.xyz as a co-host

  • Use Zo’s Luma How-To Guide for setup

3. Promote the Event

  • Use Zo House design kit/templates or request brand assets from ops

  • All flyers/posts must include the Zo logo

  • Tag respective Zo handels on Instagram/X

5. Rules & Revenue

  • Entry only for Luma-registered guests

  • Limit sessions to 10–15 min per person (if 1:1 format)

  • Maintain quiet & respectful vibe

  • If charging:

    • 21% of revenue goes to Zo House treasury

    • 79% goes to the host (payments via Luma)

6. After the Event

  • Share highlight photos and stories on socials

  • Tag Zo World on X and Insta

  • Submit event report to ops team
