Sponsored Events

What Are Sponsored Events?

Sponsored Events are powered by external brands, protocols, DAOs, partners, or organizations looking to activate the Zo House community. These are not community-led jams—they’re higher-budget, higher-stakes events designed to bring partners and the Zo tribe together for product launches, hackathons, brand activations, or ecosystem growth.

How to Host a Sponsored Event at BLRxZo

1. Proposal Form — Non-Negotiable Every sponsored event must begin with a detailed Zo Sponsored Event Proposal Form. No form, no discussion, no exceptions.

2. Eligibility

  • Any external brand, company, protocol, or organization can apply—must be aligned with Zo House values and culture.

  • Priority given to ecosystem partners and brands that bring value, not just logos.

3. Approval Process

  • Zo HQ and ground team will review, negotiate, and approve terms.

  • No public announcement or promotion until official confirmation.

4. Space Allocation & Duration

  • Up to 6 hours of venue access (full-day or multi-day by special approval).

  • Early access for set-up must be requested in the form.

  • All logistics (catering, F&B, brand setup) must be coordinated in advance.

5. Revenue & Cost Sharing

  • Standard Split:

    • 21% of sponsorship/ticket revenue goes to Zo House treasury

    • 79% goes to the sponsor/host (minus direct event expenses, if any)

  • For large/complex events, special terms may apply—discuss during approval.

6. Branding & Promotion

  • All sponsored content must:

    • Tag respective Zo handles on Instagram & X (Twitter)

    • Add products@zo.xyz as a co-host on Luma.

    • All promotional and in-house creatives must include Zo logo and be pre-approved by Zo team

    • Zo ops will handle official calendar entry and support wider promo if needed

7. Design & Creatives

  • Use the Zo brand kit and event template folder (provided on approval)

  • Creatives should be submitted at least 3 days before the event

General Rules

  • Sponsors must follow all house guidelines—no unauthorised branding, installations, or after-hours activity

  • Founders and core residents always get priority invites/tickets/guestlist spots

  • No outside facility or equipment (AV, F&B, etc.) without explicit Zo team approval

  • Space must be restored to original condition post-event
