Pickleball Tournament

1. Start Here: Get Approval

• Fill out the Zo Event Proposal Form

• Wait for approval from Zo HQ and the ground team (BLRxZo/SFO/etc.)

2. Set Up Registrations

• Players: Register and manage the bracket on Tourny

  • Create your event on Tourny (brackets, scoring, live standings)

  • Follow the Tourny Getting Started Guide for step-by-step setup

• Spectators/Guests: RSVP on luma

  • Cap attendance if needed

  • Add [e-mail] as a co-host

  • Use Zo’s Luma How-To Guide for setup

3. Promote the Event

• Use Zo House design kit/templates or request brand assets from ops

• All flyers/posts must include the Zo logo

• Tag respective Zo handels on Instagram/X

• Share both Tourny (for players) and Luma (for spectators) links in every announcement

4. Event Day Flow

Time	Activity
15 min	Player check-in (Tourny) + guest check-in (Luma QR)
2–3 hrs	Matches run via Tourny bracket and scoring
Ongoing	Spectators enjoy the event, music, snacks
30 min	Awards, group photos, celebration

5. Rules & Revenue

• Only registered players (Tourny) may compete—no walk-ups

• All guests must show Luma QR—no QR, no entry

• Founder Members: Priority or early access

• If charging: 21% of revenue to Zo House treasury, 79% to host (use Luma for payments)

6. After the Event

• Share Tourny results/bracket and group photos on Luma/socials

• Submit event retro/feedback to ops team
