Rooms are Private, Common Areas are Shared: Respect shared spaces like the kitchen and lounge
Founder Access Only: Only Zo Founder Members or HQ-approved guests can stay
No Subletting or Transfers: You cannot rent this out on any other platform
Keep It Clean: You're responsible for your space
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Rooftop Use is Private: No outside guests without approval
Max Guests per Room: 1 resident + 1 registered overnight guest
Violation Protocol
Breach of rules may lead to early termination of stay
Repeat violations = no future Zo housing access
All disputes handled by Zo HQ
