Light incense or palo santo in common areas
Open the windows for airflow (if available)
Play morning playlist (ambient / lofi / soul jazz vibes)
Ops Sync (Post in SFOxZo Live TG group)

Share:
Number of guests visiting / booked
Any VIPs / partners / speakers coming in
Event schedule (time, room, host, attendance)
HK needs (toilets, trash, restocks)
