### What is the Captain’s Zone?

This is your **anchor ritual**, your **daily operating cockpit**.\

You are the first pulse the house feels every morning.

### Daily Morning Flow

#### Unlock + Wake the House

* Use `/unlock` via Telegram (or confirm access systems are functional)
* Do a full **walkthrough** of:
  * Schelling Point (event space)
  * Flo Zone (work zone)
  * Degen Lounge (social zone)
  * Studio, Bored Room, Kitchen, Toilets

#### Ritual: Zohmmm

* Light incense or palo santo in common areas
* Open the windows for airflow (if available)
* Play morning playlist (ambient / lofi / soul jazz vibes)

#### Ops Sync (Post in SFOxZo Live TG group)

Share:

* Number of guests visiting / booked
* Any VIPs / partners / speakers coming in
* Event schedule (time, room, host, attendance)
* HK needs (toilets, trash, restocks)
* Maintenance alerts (tech, AV, water, etc.)

#### Pisignage Update

* Rotate screen playlist (events, culture callouts, house rules)
* Add new partner logos or next upcoming event if needed

#### Vibe Check Walk

* Lights working?
* Smells good?
* Music on?
* Bathrooms clean?
* Are the zones looking *alive*?

Post photos to ops group if doing resets.

* Be approachable but not overbearing
* Default to **kindness → clarity → action**
* If something’s broken, escalate it via TG or log it
* If something’s beautiful, highlight it. Snap it. Share it.
